HOW DO AGENCIES GET STARTED? • Review the appropriate system in detail to make sure it can accommodate all your needs – typically, the review is done over the phone logging into the system via the Internet with a BidNet representative. • As each new agency joins a system, they mail a letter to their vendors instructing them to register on the system by going to the appropriate web address or by calling the toll-free support line. • As vendors are registering, on-site training is provided to all agency employees who will be using the system. • Ongoing enhancements are rolled out as requested.
