  3. Login and Registration

Application Menu User app list of all important sections such as Profile, Order history, Cart, Wallet, Invite friends and Support Restaurant app such as Profile, Earning History, Menu Items, Bank details, Manage Document, Order Statistics, Restaurant Settings, and Support Driver app include Profile, Manage Vehicles, Manage document, Order history, Bank Details, Payment, My Wallet, Way Bill, User feedback, Order Statistics, Invite Friends.

  5. List of Restaurants User will choose the the nearby Restaurants registered on your App. and also filter the list by Cuisines and can also sort the listing.

  6. Placing an Order Restaurant owners online, they can receive orders or Offline they will not be shown to the customers and thereby will not receive any orders. Driver set availability to pick and drop the order. Driver available by sliding the radio button to Online or offline it not receive any request. User place an order from the Restaurant of their choice.

  7. After Order is Placed User notified his order has been placed. Here options of Call so he can call the Restaurant Navigate to help reach the Restaurant using the Map. Once the order is placed, then the Restaurant app immediately shows a screen where the order details are shown.

  8. Tracking the Order User can track the order. The map help locating exactly how far the order is. Restaurant can view the Order details and can confirm or decline the Order.

  9. Assigning the Order to the Driver Restaurant accepts placed order it will show the screen with bill detail. click on ASSIGN DRIVER button the request for pickup and delivery of the order will be sent out to the Delivery Driver. The Driver accept the order within the given time or else the request will automatically get canceled and passed on to another driver.

  10. Processing the Food Ordered User will show the driver pickup of order has been assigned. The Restaurant will be notified after the Driver accepts the order. Delivery Driver show the address of the place that the order has to be collected from and the address of the delivery for the order.

  11. Status of the Delivery Driver Driver reach the restaurant and pick up the order and see the particulars of the order so that he can pick it up without any confusion.

  12. The Last Leg of Delivery The User can see the status of the Driver and flowchart gets appropriately marked as per the movement of the Driver. The Restaurant will now be able to track the status of the order. The Restaurant will be able to see whether the order has reached the recipient or not. After the order is picked up by him, the will now be able to see the address of the Recipient.

  13. Order Delivered Successfully

  14. Reviews and Ratings User review the Restaurant based on the quality of the Item that they received. The Driver will be able to review and rate the Restaurant based on the readiness and preparedness of the order.
