Prescription Will-Call Management System Better Organization of your Will-Call Area • Scripts are filed by bar-coded access number Each bag has a number and a bar-code • The system also supports scripts stored in other areas such as in the refrigerator, safe or other secure areas • No more misfiled scripts based upon the alphabetical storage systems • Add as many hanging shelves and bags as necessary based upon script volume • The bar-coded bags may also be color coded for added processing and security reasons

Prescription Will-Call Management System Numerical filing of your will-call prescriptions. • Each script is placed into a bar-coded Hang-Up-Bag Each bag has a number and a bar-code Bags available in a variety of sizes and colors, clear or opaque • Each bag can be filed either as an individual or family Family groups are linked by telephone number If individual privacy is desired, simply use another phone number • Bags are numbered and used in any sequence from 1 to 9,999 • The computerized search of the prescriptions are based upon either family name or phone number • Bags are used and re-used for economical use of resources

Prescription Will-Call Management System Computerized listings of all the will-call prescriptions System reports include the following: • Will-Call prescription aging report showing the age in days of how long the script has been in the system. • Will-Call prescription action lists for patient phone calling including the patient’s phone number. • Will-Call prescriptions inventory listing showing the financial information about each script including items such as cost, price and co-pay amounts. The reports may be generated in summary form or in detail showing items such script number, drug name, form and strength.

Prescription Will-Call Management System Simple to operate – both the loading and unloading of prescriptions LOADING PROCESS • Each script is printed with a bar-code by the host pharmacy system • Through the use of an electronic interface each prescription’s data is downloaded into the Prescription Will-Call Management System • When a script completes the work-flow process the script’s bar-code is laser scanned into the system for bag assignment and / or placed with scripts of other family members in the pre-numbered, bar-coded bags. UNLOADING (PICKUP) PROCESS • When the patient comes to the pickup counter, either the patients phone number or name is entered into the system. The applicable prescription(s) are displayed for verification and display of the applicable bag number. The technician simply goes to the shelf for that bag, scans it with the laser scanner to release it and presses the F10 key to print the optional receipt, listing each script that is being picked up.

7. Prescription Will-Call Management System Action Reports • Patient Call Listings --- from the reports, become pro-active in calling your patients, reminding them of their prescriptions. Reports have been made that when the calls are made, the return-to-stock scripts have been cut by 75%. • Stale, out-dated scripts --- even though action lists are good there will still be scripts that must be returned to stock, these reports describe each script that is (x) days old so they can be deleted on the host system and returned to stock.
