  2. Single Sided vs Double Sided Printing On a single sided print, the fabric starts out as white and we dye sublimate it to the customer’s artwork specifications. The artwork shows vividly on one side, while on the back side a faint mirror (backward) image shows through the white backside of the print. On a double sided print, we print two pieces of fabric, one for each side. This means the artwork on front and back can be a different design. We then take a third piece of block out material and sandwich that between the two designs so no light shines through. This keeps the opposite side of the print projecting onto the other side of the fabric.
