Step 13: Input 587 as the Outgoing mail (SMTP) and 995 as the Incoming Mail (POP3). Ensure to check the box for "This Requires A Secure Connection." Step 14: Click OK when finished saving changes. Step 15: Click Send/Recv button appearing at the top of the Outlook Express Window to check the mail. Finally, your email will start downloading.
