ANC Kathy Hederson is the proud parent of India A. Henderson, a native of the District of Columbia and the youngest elected official in the nation’s history.

  3. ROLE OF CATHY HENDERSON Kathy Henderson as chair person The job of the commission is to consider the neighborhood's official voice for advising district governments. The ANC commission law states about the agency notify about proposed policies and actions as per the issues and concerns. ANC provides advice to the DC government about specific issues and affects the community, with street improvements, recreation, parking, sanitation, restaurants, and zoning purpose with ANC 5D Chairperson
