Welcome Friends Katie Kovaleski is a Certified Growth Mindset Therapeutic Life Coach and PSYCH-K® facilitator, with years of experience helping clients achieve their personal and professional goals. With a Master’s degree in both Mental Health and Marriage & Family Counseling, Katie has a deep understanding of human behavior and the psychological factors that influence it.

  4. THERAPEUTIC LIFE COACHING My therapeutic coaching practice is built on the foundational belief that change can be simple. The belief that change is hard and has to be an uphill battle is just a thought and thoughts can be changed. This often feels true for those of us who have tried everything in the past or who have had experiences in therapy that left us feeling discontent. I hear you, I see you, I’ve been there and there is another way. Let’s create change in an easy, efficient and sustainable way, together.

PSYCH-K® PSYCH-K® works directly with the subconscious mind where all of your programming is stored, another way to think of programming is by regarding it as all of the coding or rules that your brain follows on auto pilot. In PSYCH-K®, we call those programed codes and rules “beliefs.” Your coded rules or beliefs are either supportive or limiting. And once activated in the brain, there are very few ways to actually change them, PSYCH-K® is one of those ways.

  6. PEDIATRIC SLEEP COACHING Dear Parents, I know you are tired. I know there are a million voices on the internet telling you conflicting things about how to help your child sleep and/or causing you to question IF you should sleep train at all. I’m here to offer you a different approach; one that approaches sleep training as a family trust building exercise, with great sleep as a nice addition to the bonding that will take place.

  7. COUPLE’S THERAPEUTIC LIFE COACHING It is often our old, limiting beliefs that keep us from being able to grow with our partner and vice versa. When you have been in a long term relationship a lot of “plaque” so to speak can build up. This can come in the form of conscious or subconscious resentments, past memories & emotions that are still very triggering or assumptions about the other’s behavior that build over time to create a perception of a pattern or “that’s just how they are.” When we have been in a long term relationship, we are rarely present with only the current version of our partners, we most often are reacting and responding to accumulation of every moment we have ever spent with them. PHEW!
