  1. Keith Klouda: Pristine Construction and Contracting In 2005, after retiring from the New York Police Department, Keith Klouda started his first construction company with his father, George. Keith Klouda grew up in a family of carpenters and construction professionals, learning about the industry from a young age. In high school, he attended a trade school for carpentry where he gained hands-on experience, mastering the skills needed to be successful. With his father as his mentor and business partner, Keith Klouda built a successful construction and home management company in New York. Working with his father has its challenges, but he is grateful for the time spent with him doing what he loves. In 2013, the two decided to change the name of their company to Pristine Construction and Contracting. It is still a family owned and operated business, and the pair has built it into a successful enterprise handling million-dollar commercial build-outs for many large companies in the area.
