1. Federal skilled worker Canada As of Jan 2015 Canada has introduced new system for Federal skilled workers i.e. express entry

2. Requirements for Federal skilled Express entry • You should mention Same type of job as you mentioned in National Occupational Classification (NOC) • Your job should be a paid work (unpaid, internship not allowed) • You should have an experience of at least one year in Full time job or equal amount of part time job • You must show that you did all the duties that has mentioned in the lead statement of NOC If you failed to match those duties then you are not eligible for Express entry.

3. Other Minimum requirements • Language ability • You must meet the minimum language of the Canadian language benchmark in English or French. • You can take the language test approved by CIC which describes your language ability • Education • You must have a Diploma or degree certificate • Your education level should be equal to Canadian High school, degree or diploma
