For the last 14 years, Los Angeles Trade-Technical College (LATTC) has helpedover7,500fostercareyouthpreparefortheirfuture. LATTCprovidedtheirstudentswith therightskillsthatwillmakethemcompetent andindustry ready.Sadly,thebudgetcutonthefundintended for running this program has affected hundreds of students. In order to continue thequality training rendered to the foster care youth of Los Angeles, The Foster & Kinship CareEducationProgramorganizedthe“DancingwiththeFosterCareStars”eventtoprovideanightof dancingandfuntoalltheparticipantsoftheeventwhileraisingfundsforthetrainingof youths who are undertheirfostercare.
