    3. When do Bible Buddies meet? Bible Buddies can meet whenever you have an hour that you can use to teach boys and girls God’s Word. It may be the Discipleship Training class for grades 1-3 whenever your church schedules discipling for all age groups. An ideal time would be when your church holds Bible Drill for children and students.

    4. What Happens in a Bible Buddies Class? Skills Center (10 minutes) Each meeting begins with the Bible Skill Centers for skill development and review. Group Skills (25 minutes) A gathering game will begin the Group Skills time. This game will focus children on what they will be learning in this meeting. The remainder of Group Skills time includes a Bible story, prayer, verse memorization, practice using the Bible, and locating Key Passages. There is an activities book with perforated pages to give each child. The children will use their Bibles throughout each meeting.

    5. Skill Options (20 minutes) This hands-on application time will offer the children choices. Plans provide four options for each meeting. A teacher may decide to offer from one to four choices. Family Bible Skills to Go (5 minutes) A unique feature of Bible Skills, Drills, & Thrills curriculum for Bible Buddies is a suggestion at the end of each session for a short time with parents. We hope that parents will attend the last 5 or 10 minutes of each meeting. This will allow parents to continue the learning at home.

Every child will need a Bible. The Bible is used throughout every meeting.
