  3. Purpose • Prepare MCC laboratory. • Remote access to three telescopes. - MCC lab telescope - MCC summit telescope - Faulkes Telescope • Data and Images saved to Network Attached Storage

  4. What is Faulkes ?

  5. Faulkes Telescope Project • Education arm of Las Cumbres Observatory Global Telescope Network (LCOGTN) • Two Telescopes • Provide free access to robotics telescope. • Asteroids, Supernovae, Galaxies.

  12. Problem #1 • Out of IP addresses • Network Address Translation (NAT) system • Dynamic Host Control Protocol (DHCP) server. • Delay in obtaining the router • Complications of ordering • Used local router as a substitute
