S3’s Vendor Management Program (VMP) Structure: S3 serves as Customer’s Single Point of Contact (Vendor Manager) S3 manages all IT resource acquisition & administration S3 manages & selects vendor partners to support all dimensions of customer IT needs S3 welcomes as much or as little collaboration with Acquisition Services and DIT organizations as you desire.
