  1. Introduction to 4 DAPA 10 mg Tablets 4 DAPA 10mg Tablets contains Dapagliflozin which belongs to the group of medicines called Antidiabetic agents. It is used to treat Type II diabetes mellitus in adults and in children (aged 10 years or older) when diet and exercise does not result in adequate control on blood glucose levels. It can also be used to treat heart failure and chronic kidney disease (reduced kidney function) in adults. Type II diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by abnormally high levels of glucose in the blood. It is caused due to inadequate production of a hormone called insulin (produced by pancreas to metabolize glucose) in the body or due to inadequate sensitivity of body cells to the actions of insulin.
