  1. Oral Cancer: Overview, Symptoms, Diagnosis & Treatment Oralsquamouscellcarcinoma(OSCC)iswell-knowncancerthatcontributestomore than a 90percent ofalloralcancer. Inthispost,wewillgooveritsclinicalaspectsaswellasthe differentialdiagnosis. Intermsofsymptoms,painisthemostcommon,with thetongue and thefloorofthemouth havingthehighestprevalence. OSCC appearsasan erytholeukoplasticregionwithoutsymptomsin theearlystages,butin theadvancedstages,there areulcersandlumpswithunevenedgesthatareunyieldingto touch.Otheroralmalignant illnesses,suchaslymphomas,sarcomas,andmetastases, have faster growthratesthanthe normal OSCCandshould bediagnoseddifferently.
