3. Upon your arrival in Tokyo, we will meet and greet you and provide transportation to the hotel. • • Let’s spend the morning at Senso-ji shrine complex. Showing you recommended places to pick up souvenirs and start your shopping. • • Akihabara is where you it’s at today, known to be the “electronic district” and home to anime and otaku “nerd culture”. • We head to Shibuya with a walking tour of its history, including the largest crossing in the world and the story of Hachiko, a symbol of Japanese culture. • Spending the day at Harajuku to Takeshita Dori street. Then onto Meiji- jingu shrine (my favorite!) with a historic walking tour or perhaps a visit to Yoyogi park. • An early morning to Kamakura, to see Kotok-in (the Great Buddha) temple and other shrines. • • To complete your experience, on your last day we will go to Yokohama Bay, a beautiful small city on the outskirts of Tokyo. • We hope you leave Japan with memories made for a lifetime!
