Well, if you have been doing something like this, you need to put in more effort on your grooming and personal care front. Cleaning oneself might remove the majority of the problems but that’s not enough, you need to put in more effort while taking care of your hair, skin, body and even the privates while taking a look at your overall health and how groomed you are. Just so you go the right way, this blog will lay down the rules for your personal health and hygiene. 1. Say yes to bathing: The very first thing that you must adopt is the habit

It is understood that now winters have started and getting into the bathroom seems to be a tough job, you need to motivate yourself to have a bath or else you’ll end up having problems. The number of problems includes body odor, restless feeling the entire day, dirty private parts, infection-prone area and a lot more. So, dry cleaning or just rolling those bath wipes around the body won’t help and you’d have to take a bath. 2. Say no to long hair: I did not mention that I am talking about the hair on your head but the growth on your body and in the privates is also included in the same. The hair on your head and the facial hair depends on your choice. You can chop it all off or shave it entirely, the decision will be yours. However, the body hair and the intimate hair must be removed before you scare off your partner once you take off your men’s underwear style. 3. Wear a clean pair of men’s underwear daily: You must have heard a lot about it and read the same in many places that wearing the same pair of men’s fashion underwear is not a great option. You consider them as rumors, these rumors are true and wearing the same piece day-in-day-out is a bad idea. Choose from the variety of men’s enhancing underwear styles like bikini underwear or briefs to keep up the visibility as well as your hygiene. 4. Hydrate your skin: Winters is the time when your skin will lose the moisture at a rapid rate and it would leave it looking flaky and dry. It is important for your to drink a lot of water as well as use a thick

Do something to smell good: Bathing with a good shower gel is not enough when you have to work throughout the day. Have a cologne to wear that stays on your body for at least more than 10 hours.
