  3. Health • According to the World Health Organization, health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

  4. Hygiene The definition of hygiene is healthy habits that include bathing, keeping the mouth clean, keeping the skin protected from the sun and washing hands frequently before handling edibles to insure the safe delivery of food.

  5. A healthy human being has generally the following feature • A clear skin. • Bright, clear eyes. • A body neither too fat nor too thin. • Fresh breath. • Good appetite. • Sound sleep.

  6. Sleep • Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. • Sleep helps your brain work properly. While you're sleeping, your brain is preparing for the next day. It's forming new pathways to help you learn and remember information.

  7. HEALTHY ENVORMINET • Maintain a healthy environment to prevent the spreading of diseases due to the breeding of mosquitoes, house flies and microorganisms. • Garbage should be kept in covered bins so that flies do not breed on them.

  8. Foods to Avoid • Bacteria in your mouth grow on sugar Try to eat as little “junk food” as possible =candy, chocolate, and other sweets • Avoid drinking soda and sweet tea • If you do eat these things, you may want to brush immediately afterwards
