Honors Programs • University Honors Scholars • 4-year program • 22 freshmen each year (target: 88 students, 2008) • Fine & Performing Arts Scholars (NEW) • 4-year program • target = 100 students (25 freshmen per year) • Midway Scholars (NEW) • 2-year program for transfer students from community colleges or other universities • Target = 40 students (20 juniors per year) • Honors-in-Discipline Scholars • 14 different disciplines; duration varies by discipline • currently 204 students; target = 320

Opportunities for All • Study Abroad & International Exchange • $500--$1,500 scholarships • defray travel and program costs • Based on student performance, need, and involvement toward degree • Undergraduate Research • $500--$1,000 grants (competitive) • Supplies, travel • $300--$500 Travel Awards • defray travel costs for attending professional conferences to present research
