Besides editing thousands of crosswords, Mr. Parker personally constructs crosswords that appear daily, 365 days per year, all around the world, from the U.S. and Canada, to as far away as Russia, India and South China. He owns the largest personal collection of crosswords constructed by top constructors, and has contributed over $375,000 of purchases to the crossword-constructing industry, owning all rights to works from such legends as Mel Rosen, Gayle Dean, Bernice Gordon and Thomas Schier. Mr. Parker was selected as Guinness World's Records 'World's Most Syndicated Crossword Compiler,' was called an "innovator" in the crossword industry by People Magazine, and CNN called his work "Smart games for smart people." He was the sole writer for 225 episodes of TV legend Merv Griffin's final show, "Merv Griffin's Crosswords," and Parker wrote for the ABC prime-time show, "The Mole."
