Transforming Urban Transport: The Role of Political Leadership (TUT-POL) • Advancing actionable knowledge of how, when, and where political leadership has proven critical to the successful implementation of transformative transportation policies. • Research has revealed the importance of: • (1) political relationships, processes, and conditions in explaining implementation successes, and (2) the inter-relationships between transformative transportation policy and governing institutions. • Supported by the Volvo Research and Educational Foundations and hosted at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, the project combines scholarly and practical aims. • http://research.gsd.harvard.edu/tut/the-project/
