16. How do Tekes programmes originate? The ideas for new programmes are based on initiatives by Tekes customers and the focus areas in Tekes strategy - interaction with business
Tekes plans the programmes in cooperation with business organisations and associations, companies, universities, research institutes and those involved in public administration.
The decision to launch a programme is taken by the Tekes board. Planning a programme does not necessarily mean that it will be launched.
