Have experience in the field. • It is so important to appeal your experience! • I have had this kind of experience and I have grown up like this. • I usually talk about this. • The phrase 'have experience in the field' refers to Have experience in ~ field. • If you have experience working in a variety of fields, you might want to appeal to I have experiences in various fields. • If you have experience working in marketing, I have experiences in marketing field!
Listener • It is the second expression to introduce. I use it often. I think this is an acceptable expression. I am a person who listens and listens. • When you have to appeal your strengths! • My strength is that I am a good listener. • (My strong point is that I listen to others well.) • I'm a good listener.
