  2. In order to claim from Barclay Card, you’re required to download and print a PPI questionnaire. If you’re looking to claim on multiple policies then you must print out additional forms. Once all of your forms have been completed, take them into your local Barclay Card branch or post them off. Once they have received your application, they will respond and confirm your claim within five working days, at the same time issuing a case reference number. They will then review the case and look into the terms of the sale. Almost all of the major banks and lenders have had to put aside large sums of money, in order to pay back the customers that they mis- sold PPI to. Not only this, but they also been slapped with large fines and penalties for their mis-deeds and the mishandling of customers claims. If you feel that your claim has been wrongly rejected by your lender, then don’t give up. Contact the Financial Ombudsman Service and they will take on your claim and decide whether it is worth continuing with. There say will be the final one on the matter.
