Management skills are the abilities that someone should have in order to complete a task effectively and efficiently in an organization. They include the capacity of doing the task by avoiding crisis and solving all the problems when they occur.   2. What are Management Skills? • Management skills are the abilities that someone should have in order to complete a task effectively and efficiently in an organization. They include the capacity of doing the task by avoiding crisis and solving all the problems when they occur. These management skills can be enhanced by learning and getting practical experience by doing smaller task.

  3. The management and leadership skills are mostly same because these both include decision making, time management, team management, communication with employees and problem solving. Good managers are also good leaders. As a manager one must ensure that all parts of organization are working properly and have good communication between each other.

  4. Types of Management Skills

  5. Technical Skills • These skills gives the ability and knowledge to the managers to use different techniques to fulfil the company’s objectives and goals. These skills not only includes operating different systems and software and production tools but also the skills are needed to boast sales and production of the products and services and also market them.

  6. Conceptual Skills • These involve the skills managers present in terms of the knowledge and ability for abstract thinking and formulating ideas. The managers are able to analyze and evaluate the complete concepts and the find and diagnose the problems and then best and creative solutions. This helps the manager to effectively find bugs in his department and maybe in all organization.

  7. Human or Interpersonal Skills • The interpersonal skills are the socialization skills of the managers how he interact or work with the people in organization. These skills makes the manager able to use the workforce in the organization and motivate employees for the better results.
