Green Pancakes Ingredients ● Green Pancakes1 cup packed fresh spinach or kale ● 1 banana ● 1 and 1/4 cup oats (quick or large flake) ● 3 eggs ● 2 tablespoons Walden Farms Pancake Syrup OR ● 2 tablespoons Walden Farms Maple Walnut Syrup ● 1/2 cup greek yogurt ● 1 teaspoon baking powder ● 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ● pinch salt Directions Prepare the Green Pancakes 1. In a blender, blend all ingredients, until well combined. 2. Heat a pan or griddle over medium heat. Once warm, grease with butter. 3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan and gently spread with the back of your spoon. When bubbles begin to appear, flip with a spatula. Cook until both sides are golden. 4.
