Ingredients 2 eggs 1 1/2 cup milk 1 cup flour
Directions Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with wire whisk (batter will be lumpy). Turn burner on medium heat. Place skillet on burner for 2 minutes. Spray with cooking spray. Pour a small amount of batter in the bottom of skillet and slowly tip and rotate the pan to spread the batter in a circular motion to cover the bottom of the pan. Cook until the top of the crepe looks dry then flip (1-2 minutes). Cook 1-2 more minutes. Remove from skillet onto plate and add topping. Enjoy! Topping suggestions: pudding fruit syrup spread a thin layer of butter and sprinkle sugar, jam, fruit and whipped topping
