  2. INTRODUCTION Looking for an ideal resource for an open position has always been a daunting task for recruiters. Gone are the days when the job openings were posted on the job portals and wait for the candidates to apply. Recruitment and hiring strategies evolve regularly. Hence it’s important to work on new strategies to get the best resource from the market.
