Christian Care Communities: Vertical Drain Stacks Rehabilitation Location: Louisville, Kentucky Situation: Vertical drain stacks were clogged in the 10-story apartment building and leaking because of grease buildup. The system consists of 21 stacks with cast iron pipes 100 feet long and 3” in diameter. Solution: Nu Flow was able to retrofit 10 floors at a time without having to relocate any residents or cause any destruction to the building.
