  1. OPTIMA SHIM COUPLING Optima shim coupling is specially designed by Nutech and developed to replace the composite disc coupling which is very often failing in the machines. Also removed the metal tube by FRP tube. The main advantage of this coupling is very low weight – 21 kgs only The maximum torque tested for 12500 NM and its factor of safety is more than 2.

  2. INOX 2.0 MW – 8 ARM COUPLING Nutech got AMSC – Austria design approval vide AMSC – ID No – 26120424 for 2.0 MW Arm Coupling.The total maximum torque achieved is 35000 NM without any damage. Light weight and fail safe coupling and also served with torque limiter and shrink disc.

  3. INOX 2.0 MW GEAR BOX MOUNT In India, as a first company, Nutech indigenized the 2.0 MW Gear Box Mounts through its group company “NAPL”. For design validation, Nutech applied to AMSC and works are going on Europe technology with India cost-effectiveness.

  4. GEAR BOX MOUNT FOR V82 Two half bush type model which is easy to install in a windmill is developed by Nutech successfully. The refurbishment also successfully done in this product to eradicate the waste of old metal parts. Nutech helping to recycle the old parts to serve the nation.
