Objectives for Aviation Workshop • An open exchange of information exploring • User needs for aviation products and services • Impacts of weather on aviation operations from the different perspectives of a variety of users • Review NWS products and services in support of air traffic management • Identify and share best practices and sort out operational deficiencies • Develop a list of action items arising from our discussions and a sense of priority for these items • Provide NWS ER and AWC with a sense of where to allocate resources to support scientific endeavors, on-going programs, and projects.
