Case Study 1 • Integrate with Commerce Cloud and 3rd party to send and receive informationevery time a user is created on either platforms. • We have Integrated the systems so that publishers can assign offers/concession vouchers to their users according to their purchases and reward points. • Created a new tab where users can purchase those vouchers/offers as well by giving up there reward points. • Users can keep track on how many points they have achieved on which Tier they are currently at. • Users can apply offers while making the purchase to get discounts. • Users can see live transactions in both the systems that which offers they have applied for and on what time. • Users can filter out the Activity timeline and define pagination that how much data they want to see in one go. • Made updates to the cart so that users can see which and what offers they have applied for till now. www.cloudanalogy.com 3

Case Study 2 • Integrate Zinrelo API with Commerce Cloud where a user will make successful purchase order on the demand. • We updated a 3rd party API called Zinrelo with the details of the particular order. • Created a customer attribute on the order object and updating the status from zinrelo. • On demandware when user will login when they are going to purchase and we are calling the API. • Copy the Placed Order number from the merchant tool select order where user will search order number and get full details of the placed order in the demandware. • In the attribute section value of zinrelo status will be update as 200 if ordered is placed confirmed else and if the API callout is not successful it will mark as internal error. • In Zinrelo User can see the full details of order placed with their details, status of order placed and the date of order. www.cloudanalogy.com 9
