She gave her first performance at the age of 13, after which she studied and researched Karana sculptures extensively. She also received a Ph.D. for her thesis on ‘Karanas in Indian Dance and Sculpture. Alarmel Valli She was invited to perform at the prestigious International Dance Festival of the Sarah Bernhardt Theatre De La Ville in the romantic city of Paris at the age of 16. Through her graceful dance moves, she is known to master the art of converting simple grammar into an ocean of poetry.
