OEBB Budget Update April 2008 Budget Discussion Items: Special Legislative Session approval of MyOEBB funding COP sale delayed until July 08’ Debt Service Repayment schedule 2009-11 Budget Kickoff Agency Request Budget March 2008 Revenue Forecast down ($200 million) Possible OEBB Impact: Governor or Interim Ways and Means Committee withholding a Special Purpose appropriation dedicated to funding cost of living increases and Management Service compensation package. Result: OEBB absorbs costs (Estimated Impact $85,000) Future Direction: Secure funding for on-going administration of MyOEBB system and COBRA administration – both will be on the agenda in May
