Level of reporting • Rejections are reported at line level • This can inflate the rejection figures: • If a file is resubmitted weekly without the error being corrected, each month could contain up to five rejections for one item • CSP01 rejections could be incurred for one project but multiple shippers, further increasing the reported figures

  4. CSP01 – CSEP does not exist • Current position: started to decrease from high January position; further increases in April with 390 new projects

CSP01 – actions taken • Of 3,439 projects received in 2007 - 2,313 (67%) now resolved • Ringfenced dataset (557 projects) from historic data issued to IGTs and DNs early April for further information • Pending responses from most parties • Some projects confirmed as nested – classed as resolved • 1,433 brand new projects received January – April 08 • 410 added to date

  7. AQ04 – Max CSEP AQ exceeded • Current position: low volumes attributed to system issue; validation corrected October hence increase to previous levels
