How Do I Use the CD? • Insert CD into any computer you plan to use for training kids or checking records • You must have an Internet connection • IMPACT loads automatically - movies are put on the computer’s hard drive • The CD does not have to be in the computer after it is loaded and you can load it on as many computers as you like!   12. How Are My Records Protected? • Each IMPACT training site has a unique “CD key” that protects records • No one else can access your records • IMPACT is a HIPAA compliant medical records system, secure/encrypted • You will select your own IMPACT ID & password (c) Benjamin D. Francisco

One Time Set Up Procedure • Arrange to install the CD with a computer support person at your school • Enter YOUR exact CD key (case Sensitive)SL2K-2dRt-41Pc-9jJk (an example) • At the prompts enter info about your siteSchool Name, address, e-mail, etc • Choose your administrator ID and password (c) Benjamin D.
