  1. Artificial Intelligence as A Coach. Can A Car Be an Example for A Coach? Came back from a run. On the smartphone screen, the numbers are 5.13 kilometers, 42 minutes 27 seconds. Just 8 weeks ago, I was not able to run without stopping for even 10 minutes. And still my eyes are round with surprise that I am running. And I go out for a run and run again. My coach was an app on my smartphone. Program. Not a human. And in fact, the program was able to do what no physical education teacher could do. I went to school and university and all this time running was my most hated form of physical activity. And the results were consistent. Check this for more details aboutsmall business coaching and consulting new jersey What did the program have that the live coaches did not have? 1. Non-judgmental The program didn't care if I was thin or fat, tall or short, young or old. She had no ambition to make me a champion. It was enough just to be able to walk for 30 minutes to start exercising. 2. Smooth loading The first workouts were easy. Running alternated with walking. And when I showed these first loads to my fellow athletes, the answer was: “Too little running, too many transitions, you need to run more!” And I followed this easy program, I experienced pure joy, and even the muscle pain did not torment me. That's just generally. And when I first ran 8, 10, 15 minutes without a transition, I didn’t even notice how it happened. Everything was by itself. In a natural way. In the entire history of my training with live instructors, only one of them in the first days of classes forced me to protect myself from unnecessary loads. Everyone else wanted quick results, albeit at a high price. 3. Feedback based on facts The machine each time showed how long the workout lasted, how much it was running, how much walking, how many calories burned. And again, all feedback is priceless! Neither you arrogant "smart girl", "well done", nor depreciating "what are you so ...", "you need to try harder." Just the facts: kilometers, minutes, kilocalories. And the possibility of an independent choice for me: do I want more or do I have enough. 4. Respect for boundaries How often have you experienced discomfort from the fact that those around you, showing support, were overly active? Or poured on you a stream of emotions that you may not have needed and overloaded? How many people in your life are not just trying to “do good”, but asking: “How can I support you?” In my life there are few. And now a car has been added to them. Encouragement, a signal that half the way has been passed, inspirational quotes - everything is exclusively on request. And just when there is a need for it. Simple principles. Only 4. Not so many. And how difficult it is to practice them - to maintain balance in contact, to maintain neutrality and non-judgementalism, to give scope to the client for his own decisions. I speak from my own experience. Those who have been coached and supervised will understand. The settings are very subtle and require endurance, the skill of self-observation and constant practice from a living person. Be neutral and respectful of boundaries, like a machine. And at the same time warm and supportive, like a person.
