  2. You first of all need an organizer to manage leads. You will have to deal with quite a lot of clients on a daily basis. People look for real estate agents who have completed the license course from a CEA approved RES course provider. If you have done that you will have to deal with clients who needs serviced apartments, rented properties, residential apartments for sale, commercial properties for rent or sale and many who wants to sell off their properties. In order to deal with all these clients without any mix-ups you need to keep an electronic organizer with details pertaining to each client. Running through the organizer every day before going to work and using the reminder services will help you to meet the needs of your clients promptly. .
