  1. Attitude of Citizens towards Mumbai Property

  2. With the largest number of high rise apartments, Mumbai property tends to not just be placed high in the sky but also tends to be equally highly priced as well. Coveted by many in the city, even 2 BHK flatsin Mumbai at prime locations likely sell for more than a standalone house at Bangalore or Chennai would. The appeal of living in Mumbai is not lost of those who view the city from the outside, though many are wrong in assuming that the streets of Mumbai widely and regularly traveled by movie stars and actors, a visitor is still likely to run into an actor at a popular night spot. Many who live in Mumbai believe it to be the center of the world, other cities in the country, possibly with the exception of Delhi, are often considered diminutive in status when measured against Mumbai.

  3. This superiority is often reflected in the attitude of Mumbai’s residents who like to emphasize an egalitarian sense among the residents of Mumbai. Whether someone owns an exclusive property inMumbai or lives in many of the shanties in the city, the citizens of Mumbai believe that on the streets of Mumbai all of the denizens of the city are made equal. The often uttered phrase is that “you may be what you may be, but park your ego at home when you venture out in Mumbai”, such a sense of commonality among those who reside in Mumbai in diametrically opposed to the attitude found in many other large Indian cities where often the sole reason to be a highflyer is the ability to flaunt ones accomplishments and achievements publically.

  4. Even the top builders in Mumbai who construct homes for the rich and famous of the city, often are soft spoken with little to indicate a belligerent temperament resides within them, in contrast a builder in parts of the capital is expected to be tough and a go getter and needs to be so to be respected by his colleagues and to get work done. The streets of Mumbai are often far more crowded than those in most cities in North India and the atmosphere in such streets is often celebratory. The people who traverse upon such streets in Mumbai often show little interest to events unfolding around them hence it takes a great deal to arouse attention in someone who has lived in Mumbai for many years.

  5. While many newprojects in Mumbai are often seen being built while walking on the streets of the city or driving upon its roads, the sense of awe present upon remarking about the price of such a property is far less subdued than in Noida or Gurgaon. Most citizens of Mumbai know where the most expensive property in Mumbai is located and know well that it tops all of the luxury apartments in Mumbai when it comes to luxury, yet its presence is considered less remarkable in Mumbai then it is in other cities in the country and even across the world.
