  1. HOW VOIP IS BETTER THAN YOUR REGULAR PHONE Voice over Internet Protocol is a methodology and group of technologies for providing voice communications and multimedia sessions over Internet Protocol networks, such as the Internet. Technology used: The normal telephone system operates on the basis of analog signals. These signals travel through a twisted pair of copper lines through the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) changing frequency. The PSTN uses circuit switched technology to accomplish this task. The IP telephony system operates on the basis of digital signals. In the IP system, we can make phone calls over the Internet. VoIP encapsulates audio into data packets, forwards the packets over an IP network, and re-encapsulates the audio packets on the other end of the connection.

  2. It stores all of your dates in the cloud and the settings are accessible through a universal online dashboard. Using the dashboard, users can access their data, configure new call settings, and add new phone numbers. Convenient for: A normal telephone system is fine if you have a limited one-to-one conversation. VoIP is the best option if you have a large number of customers to communicate with around the world. VoIP allows you to set up a conference call with people both inside and outside your organization. It allows employees and managers to stay connected in the company from anywhere in the world. Companies can communicate with their customers around the world and sell their products and services in emerging economies. Price: The regular telephone system costs more than VoIP. Normal phones require circuitry and cables for signals to flow. In VoIP, voice is converted into data packets and travels through an IP network. VoIP does not require any infrastructure, it only uses an Internet connection. And the cost of VoIP also depends on the type of service that the customers want to use. Convenient and reliable: VoIP phones are easy to use compared to conventional phone systems. VoIP offers functions such as mobility, conference calls, video calls, recording, etc. And we can connect all of our personal devices to the corporate network and receive phone calls directly on personal devices. VoIP services make our calling convenient and efficient.

  3. Internet Connectivity: VoIP phones do not work without the Internet and without electricity. This is the biggest advantage of having normal phones. Internet plays an important role in VoIP calls as we cannot make calls without Internet. Normal phones do not need an Internet connection. Ordinary telephones are powered directly by the cables that connect them to the telephone network. VoIP phones need power. Features: Call forwarding and many more. By using VoIP, we can connect with our customers all over the world. Normal telephones offer a limited number of basic functions. VoIP phones offer features like video calling, conference calling, and voicemail. Contact VoIP Service Provider for more features.
