  2. Continue... Radon is a radioactive gas you can’t see, feel, taste, or smell. It starts out as uranium, a heavy metal found in the ground and most rocks on the planet. When uranium decays, it turns into another metal called radium. When radium breaks down, it becomes radon.

Vapor Intrusion (Volatile Organic Compound) Vapor intrusion occurs when vapor-forming chemicals migrate from a subsurface source into an overlying building — similar to radon gas seeping into homes. Our team brings over ten years of experience in Commercial Vapor Intrusion Mitigation for both new construction and retrofitting existing structures.

Commercial Measurement and Mitigation If your building or office has radon, you will need to install a system that creates a negative pressure field underneath the entire building and routes a pathway either on the interior or exterior of the structure and releases it harmlessly above the roofline outdoors, where it naturally dilutes to a safe level.
