Ingredients Kambu | bajra | pearl millet 1 cup Idli rice or Varagu | little millet 1/2 cup Urad dal 1/2 cup Methi seeds | venthayam 1 tsp Salt as needed Oil 1/2 tsp -1tsp for each dosa Cooking Method: Wash and soak the rice, bajra, urad decaliter and venthayam during a wide bowl for 3-4 hours. Drain the water and grind this during a mixie or grinder into a swish paste. Add ice cold water whereas grinding. Particularly if you're grinding during a mixie use ice cold water because the mixie gets hot thus shortly. Add salt and blend well. Ferment the batter for six hours. Once the batter is prepared, heat a dosa pan. Bring the batter to the correct consistency. Pour a ladle filled with batter to the pan and unfold into a skinny circle quickly. Drizzle oil to the dosa.
Once it's roast on one aspect, flip on the opposite aspect. Cook and get rid of from the pan. Serve hot. Repeat an equivalent procedure for the remainder of the batter.
