You need 450g of minced beef, a medium sized egg, 350g fusilli pasta, a chopped onion, finely chopped garlic cloves, plum tomatoes, 4tbsp fresh basil that is finely chopped, 1tsp dried oregano, and 2 slices of white bread to cook this dish. Take a cooking pan and pour a tsp of olive oil. You should place it in medium flame and stir fry the chopped onion and garlic cloves. Take about 2tbsp of this mixture and keep it aside. Beat the tomatoes and place it in a food processor until it is smoothened. Add this to the cooking pan and cook for about 15 minutes. Now add the basil, dried oregano, and continue the cooking process for 15 more minutes. Now, you should process the bread until crumbs are formed…
The bread crumbs should be mixed with the beef, egg, and pepper and added to the cooking pan. You should mix the ingredients until it is blended well. You should now shape it into a dozen meat balls and then cook it in batches for at least 8 minutes. Add it to the tomato mixture and cover it well. Continue the cooking process for about 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Now, take the ingredient of the fusilli pasta and cook it for about 10 minutes. You should take it out of the flame, place the meatballs on the pasta, and spoon it well. The succulent delicacy is now ready to serve.
