TeachersWorkbench (TWB) The Goal of the training is to provide Assessment for Instruction. The Education Resource Group software applications provide useful and timely information to teachers and administrators. The most common feedback that we hear about assessment reports is the problem of turnaround. Teachers want the information faster. We provide a way for that to happen
To make assessment information available quickly to teachers, the people in this room have some key tasks to do. This small amount of effort will pay off in saving massive amounts of time for teachers,

8: How to Create Test Keys in AMS
What You Need to Know For the Test
Test Name (Ex: Milne_Rdg_5_2007_Jan_Unit_Test)
TEKS Subject and Class
TAKS Subject and Class
Multiple Choice (M/C) Format A-E
All questions will be A, B, C, and D
(TAKS grade 3 are done ABCD)
M/C Format A-E/F-K
Odd questions will be A, B, C, and D
Even questions will be F, G, H, and J
(TAKS grades 4-11 are done ABCD/FGHJ) Once again, nomenclature is important. If every book in the library had the same name, searching would be tough. The same holds for tests. Test (key) names must be unique, and must follow the described structure.
To create a test key, you need to know the correct alignment, and the correct answer.
There are also choices to be made for how the answer sheet is to be organized. Once again, nomenclature is important. If every book in the library had the same name, searching would be tough. The same holds for tests. Test (key) names must be unique, and must follow the described structure.

The griddables and rubrics on the form must be the same question number as on the test.
