  6. MONITORING OF NOTICES • During theprocess of monitoring of notices for 2014, 245 contracting authorityieswhere covered with the totalnumber of 582 irregularities. • The Public Procurement Agency has receivedtotal of224 responses fromcontracting authorities, covering 298 irregularities.

  10. JUDICIAL PROTECTION PENAL SANCTIONS • In the case there where no appeal procedure, the Public Procurement Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina shall submitmisdemeanor charges.
