  1. How to setup HP printer in Windows? Setting up and installing a printer is an easy job. To explain in simple steps, a user has to remove all package materials, connect the power cord, install the ink cartridges in its place and then load the required paper in the main input tray. Now, gently push the ink cartridge until it locks into its place. • Repeat the steps to install the other ink cartridge properly. • Close the ink cartridge's access door. Step 4: Load paper into the input tray • Open the input tray and remove any unwanted paper in the printer. • Slide the paper width guide to the left hand corner. • Place the stack of paper with the short edge forward and the print side facing the user. Push the stack until the last. • Slide the paper width guide to fit the paper size and lower the output tray and pull out the tray extender. How to connect HP printer to Windows? 1. Click on the Start button on your desktop screen. 2. On the search menu bar, type 'Add Printer'. 3. A new dialog box appears and asks which type of printer you want to install. 4.   5. TIPS FOR PRINT SUCCESS Ink tips • It is advisable to use original cartridges from HP.
