  1. How to setup HP printer in Windows? Setting up and installing a printer is an easy job. To explain in simple steps, a user has to remove all package materials, connect the power cord, install the ink cartridges in its place and then load the required paper in the main input tray. Insert the black ink cartridge and the tri-color ink cartridge to the right and let slot respectively. • Slide the new ink cartridge into the empty slot by holding it at a slight upward angle into the slot. Now, gently push the ink cartridge until it locks into its place. • Repeat the steps to install the other ink cartridge properly. • Close the ink cartridge's access door. Step 4: Load paper into the input tray • Open the input tray and remove any unwanted paper in the printer. • Slide the paper width guide to the left hand corner. • Place the stack of paper with the short edge forward and the print side facing the user. Push the stack until the last. • Slide the paper width guide to fit the paper size and lower the output tray and pull out the tray extender. How to connect HP printer to Windows? 1. Click on the Start button on your desktop screen. 2. On the search menu bar, type 'Add Printer'. 3. A new dialog box appears and asks which type of printer you want to install. 4. Select Add a network wireless or Bluetooth printer. 5. Select 'Use an existing port' and click Next. 6. If you have selected USB connection, then choose Add a local printer. 7. No need to install it.) o Chromebook: Go to Chrome Web Store and download and install the HP Print for Chrome app to enable both Wi-Fi and USB printing. o Amazon Kindle Fire HD9 and HDX: The Hp Print Service Plug-in is automatically downloaded when you choose Print on your device for the first time. • The loaded paper should match the settings specified on the computer. This will enable your mobile device to guess what and which paper size it is printing.

  5. TIPS FOR PRINT SUCCESS Ink tips • It is advisable to use original cartridges from HP.
