  1. Introduction to Virtual Reality Virtual reality is the act of creating a virtual environment using computer simulations to create an immersive experience for users. This technology is developed by a virtual reality company. The use of this term “virtual reality" was first used in the mid-1980s and began to develop from 2008 onwards. When there were no goggles and gloves with high technology then, technologists were also developing simulated environments. Virtual reality works with the help of its equipment, which are VR headsets that are embedded stereoscopic lenses positioned between LED screen-built eyes; it helps distort the image and convert it into looking 3D and real. These headsets pass two images, one for each eye. The importance of VR in today's world is growing daily as it offers many benefits, like providing immersive gaming experiences, offering advanced learning solutions, creating accessible and inclusive environments, and much more.

  2. Types of Virtual Reality There are 3 types of virtual reality: NON-IMMERSIVE VIRTUAL REALITY: These VR experiences are one type of VR category because it is used commonly in our daily lives. Although this technology offers a virtual environment created via computer simulations, it allows users to stay aware of their surroundings and keep control of their physical environment. SEMI-IMMERSIVE VIRTUAL REALITY: This VR type is partially a virtual environment, and it will still offer users the perception of being in another reality, but there also remains a connection to their physical surroundings. Semi-immersive technology offers realism using 3D graphics. This is mostly used in educational or training settings. FULLY IMMERSIVE VIRTUAL REALITY: These simulations are the one that provides the most realistic experience with complete sight and sound. To experience this type of VR, one is required to be equipped with a VR headset, as it provides high-resolution content with a wide field of view.

  3. Applications of Virtual Reality • Some of the applications that the virtual reality company assists with include: • Gaming and Entertainment • Education and Training • Healthcare • Architecture and Design • Military and Defense • Retail and Marketing

  4. Advancements in Virtual Reality • Using Virtual Reality can offer a lot of advantages, some of which are mentioned below: • Improved Graphics and Visuals • Better Immersion with Haptic Feedback • Wireless VR Headsets • Eye Tracking Technology • Artificial Intelligence Integration

  5. CHALLENGES OF VIRTUAL REALITY • Virtual reality also comes up with challenges, some of which include: • Motion Sickness and Health Concerns • High Cost of VR Systems • Limited Content Availability
