The combination with metformin is Janumet. The biggest advantage of buying Januvia is that it can stimulate insulin production in the body. It causes less hypoglycemia when compared to other drugs. Stimulation of insulin happens when blood glucose falls down. The only disadvantage of Januvia is that it is expensive.
