The idea of interactions in everyday life can be studied in the Colonial Days simulation. To identify physical properties of matter, recipes from Colonial times can be used. How fun!
Finally, you can have the opportunity to create a brochure about a city that interests you that could be handed out by that city's Chamber of Commerce.
