FRACTIONS ~ PARTS OF A WHOLE You can have UNEQUAL PARTS and EQUAL PARTS
UNEQUAL PARTS ~ make one whole shape but the parts are not the same size. For example the shapes that make one whole tangram.

EQUAL PARTS~ make one whole shape and all parts are the same. For example, 6 equal triangles will make 1 hexagon.
